Managing people requires an understanding of people.
Structured learning for managers and executive teams on the human side of leading.
Promoted for one skill. Expected to use another.
Managers shape much of what their people experience at work, often without ever being taught how.

Formats, agreed around your leaders.
01Leadership learning cohorts
A group of managers working through the material together over time.
02Executive sessions

What this is not. This is learning for managers. It does not turn managers into counsellors, and it does not replace HR processes, clinical support or an organisation’s legal responsibilities. Part of what managers learn is when, and how, to refer someone on.
