Organisational infrastructure
Workplace Well-being Infrastructure Audit.
Understand the conditions shaping well-being in your organisation.
A lot of what shapes well-being at work never appears in a wellness budget.
How it works
Four stages.
- 01Discover Documents, existing initiatives, available data, and what the organisation says its priorities are.
- 02Understand Conversations with leaders, and with employees where appropriate and consented to, about how things actually work.
- 03Prioritise Findings set against conditions, education and support, and a short list of what matters most.
- 04Improve A recommendation report, an implementation roadmap and a presentation to leadership.
Potential scope
- Existing wellness initiatives
- Psychosocial risk factors
- Workload and job-design practices
- Leadership and management practices
- Existing educational provision
- Available employee support
- Wellness investment allocation
- Employee feedback and available data
- Gaps between stated priorities and operational reality
What you can receive
- Discovery and document review
- Relevant leadership consultations
- Employee input, where appropriate and consented to
- Organisational findings
- A prioritised recommendation report
- A proposed implementation roadmap
- An executive presentation of findings
Scope is agreed with you before anything starts. Not every audit needs every element.
What this is not. An audit is a structured organisational review. It is not a clinical assessment, a legal compliance certification or a validated psychometric instrument, and it cannot promise to eliminate burnout, depression or workplace risk. Individual employees are never assessed.
