Who is responsible
The responsible party for information collected through this site is Vialco (Pty) Ltd, which operates the Norwyn K brand. Questions or requests about your information can be sent to norwynk@gmail.com.
What is collected
Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, work email, company, an approximate employee count if you give one, the service you are interested in, your message, and event details if you are enquiring about speaking. If you apply for a private session, the answers you give in that application are also collected.
The Wellness Spend Assessment runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent anywhere unless you tick the box asking for them to be included with an enquiry.
Why, and how it is sent
Your details are used to read and respond to your enquiry, and for nothing else. They are delivered by email using EmailJS, a third-party service that sends the contents of the form to Norwyn’s inbox. They are not sold, and they are not added to a mailing list.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to them and to deal with any work that follows, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing norwynk@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Analytics
The site is prepared for privacy-respecting usage analytics, which record which pages and features are used. No analytics are currently active. If they are switched on, they will not receive anything you type into a form, including assessment figures.
