One-on-one emotional education classes for your employees. In a private 45-minute class, each person learns about their emotions, their mind and their mental well-being, with someone who listens. Led by Norwyn and Luversan.
We’ve been friends for almost 20 years.
Working in some of the most high-performing corporate environments, we’ve seen how many people struggle without a place they feel safe to speak.
Happiness Counselling grew from a need many didn’t realise they had until they experienced it.
In person or online, we offer conversations without judgement, sitting on the same side of the table and exploring what might help together.
Norwyn & Luversan
Emotional education, one person at a time. We visit your company on a regular schedule, and your employees each book a private class with one of our facilitators. They talk about what’s going on, and they learn how to understand it.
In every class, your people learn about
What they feel, why they feel it, and how to put it into words.
The patterns, pressure and difficult experiences that shape how they think.
Practical ways to look after themselves, at work and at home.
Choose how often you’d like us to be there for your people. We’ll take care of the classes.

How it works
Once a month, twice a month or every week.
Online or at your workplace, with private one-on-one classes for your employees.
Each person gets 45 minutes with someone who listens without judgement and helps them understand what’s going on.
Someone to talk to. Someone who listens. Someone on your side.
It is not therapy or clinical treatment. Happiness Counselling is emotional education, within the professional scope of its facilitators. It does not diagnose, prescribe or provide formal psychotherapy or crisis care. Not an emergency service.
One-on-one emotional education classes for your employees. We visit on a regular schedule, and each person can book a private 45-minute class with one of our facilitators to learn about their emotions, their mind and their mental well-being.
The employee talks about what’s going on for them, and the facilitator listens and teaches practical ways to understand it: what they’re feeling, why, and what helps. Every class is private and shaped around that one person.
No. Happiness Counselling is emotional education, within the professional scope of its facilitators. It is not formal psychotherapy, it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it does not replace a psychologist, a doctor or your employee assistance programme.
Yes. What an employee says stays between them and the facilitator. Employers never receive names, notes or what any individual said. The one limit is a serious risk to someone’s safety, and we explain that limit before any class starts.
A general overview of the themes that come up across classes, such as stress, pressure or relationships, so you can see what your people are dealing with. It is shared in general terms only, so no one can be identified.
Scheduled visits, private 45-minute one-on-one classes with one facilitator per visit, online or at your workplace, and a general overview of the themes for HR.
Yes. People bring their whole lives to work, so classes can cover family, relationships, money, loss or anything else weighing on them.
Each class is 45 minutes, and each visit offers up to six classes.
Both, at the same price. Online, employees join their private class on an agreed video platform. At your workplace, one facilitator comes to your premises for the scheduled visit. Travel and accommodation outside an agreed local service area are quoted separately.
Your plan sets the monthly number of classes: 6, 12 or 24. That is a number of classes, not of different people. The same employee may come back more than once, subject to booking availability and the access policy we agree with you.
We will say so honestly and suggest they speak to a psychologist, a doctor or your EAP. Happiness Counselling is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 112 from a mobile phone or 10111 for the police.
You choose how often we visit: once a month, twice a month or every week. Prices are per company, per month, and cover the scheduled visits and the classes in your plan. Any change to that scope is agreed with you first.
Yes. The service is the same for every company. A smaller team might start with one visit a month, and we will help you work out what makes sense.
Tell us which plan you’re interested in and we’ll get back to you to arrange the first visit.
